Secretary

Marion Rütten, M.A. received her academic training in Book Studies, Romance Philology and General and Comparative Literature at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. During her studies, she gained practical experience in the book trade and publishing companies - mainly in the fields of press, public relations and sales. After graduation, she worked in event management before moving to the Böhlau Verlag, a publisher in the field of humanities and social sciences, where she was responsible for marketing and sales for 13 years. Since April 2018, Marion Rütten has worked as a secretary for ceres. In October 2021, she joined the team of the newly established "Center for Life Ethics" at the University of Bonn.
