At this year's congress of the German Society for Gerontology and Geriatrics (DGGG) in Kassel, Prof. Dr Susanne Zank, Deputy Director of ceres, was awarded the DGGG Grand Prize. The prestigious prize, which is awarded every two years, is endowed with 10,000 euros and honours outstanding scientists in the field of gerontology.
