Veronica Oswald, M. Sc., studied Social Sciences (B. Sc.) and Sociology and Social Research (M. Sc.) in Cologne. During her studies she was working as a research assistant at the Institute for Medical Sociology, Health Services Research and Rehabilitation Science at the University of Cologne. In her master thesis she investigated the relation between internet use, perceived autonomy, and multimorbidity among the age group of the very old. Her particular research interests lie in digitization research and successful aging in very old age. Since January 2022, Veronica Oswald is a research associate at ceres in the projects NRW80+ and D80+.
