Gesund im Netz - Healthy on the Net: New Videos Expand Guidance on Online Health Information to Include Culturally Sensitive Aspects

Together with the University of Applied Sciences in Bochum, ceres has researched how health information can be presented in a culturally and diversity-sensitive manner in the research project "Guidance on Health Information on the Internet - Use and Enhancement" (OriGes II).

The result is four films produced on the topics of long-term care insurance, domestic violence, racism and palliative care at the end of life. The videos are available in German, Arabic, Kurdish, Persian and Somali.

After their first presentation on September 24, 2022 at the community festival Bochum-Hustadt, the videos will also be published on the YouTube channel of the University of Applied Sciences and the jfc Medienzentrum e.V. as well as on the website of the Stadtteillabor and the websites and of the OriGes project.
