Marc Jannes, M. Sc., studied health economics at the University of Cologne. From 2010 to 2015 he was a student and research assistant at the Research Unit Ethics at the University Hospital of Cologne. Since 2015 he works as a research associate at ceres. Marc Jannes is the coordinator of our research area Health and Society in a Digital Age and scientific coordinator of the ceres expert group Digital Transformation as well as co-author of the study Digital Self-Determination. His research interests include technology use and digitization in health care and digital self-determination as well as the assessment of quality of life. Currently, he is working on his doctoral thesis on “Digital Self-Determination and Persuasive Technologies”.
